12' Aluminum Repique

Description

The repique --or repinique-- is the drum that marks the break: high-pitched, dry, direct. Born in Brazilian samba, today it's a key piece in batucadas, comparsas and murgas, where it leads rhythm changes and gives precision to the group.

This aluminum repique prioritizes something different: less weight, more brightness. The smooth shell delivers an open, cutting sound, built to stand out clearly within the group without adding extra weight.
